Are you based in the UAE?
No. We are based in Kerala, India, and serve UAE businesses remotely, with on-site visits to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah arranged for discovery and go-live at cost. Many of our clients' owners and managers split time between Kerala and the Gulf, which is how this corridor works.
How do you handle VAT and WPS?
Automations that touch invoicing run through your existing FTA-compliant system (Zoho Books, Tally, Odoo), so VAT returns stay where your accountant expects them. Payroll inputs we automate feed your WPS file; we do not replace payroll software.
Where does our data live?
In accounts you own — your Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or cloud account in the region you choose. We hand over all credentials and documentation at go-live.
What currency and timeline?
Quotes are in USD (AED on request), fixed before work starts. A pilot — one workflow live — takes 4–8 weeks. The audit is free and runs on video in your time zone.
